Folders are made from several pieces of metal. If you intend to use your knife to cut down trees, or just like the look of a fixed blade knife, you need a Palmer Fixed Blade Knife. The handle on this knife fits perfectly into the palm of your hand. Because of the small size of the knife three fingers and your thumb fit on the handle. The little finger fits around the end of the handle for better control. The grip it provides gives you great control over the blade at all times.
